Baseline Uniform Management provides centralized support for family ordering and uniform access while reducing internal administrative responsibilities.

All participating schools receive:

  • Online-only uniform ordering portal
  • Direct-to-home shipping for families
  • Uniform Access Program eligibility
  • Monthly Equity & Access Snapshot
  • Estimated staff interventions avoided
  • ACH-Managed School designation

Baseline management allows schools to maintain uniform expectations without requiring staff to coordinate ordering or vendor communication.


What Is the Equity & Access Snapshot?

The Equity & Access Snapshot is a monthly summary reflecting:

  • Online ordering participation
  • Use of Uniform Access Program options
  • Timely uniform acquisition
  • Estimated administrative time preserved

All reporting is aggregated.

ACH does not share individual payment selections or family-level financial information with school staff.
